Are you an experienced FM manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, one of the UK's leading Facilities Management Companies are currently looking to add an FM manager to one of their sites in Coventry.
Summary of Role
Reporting to the appointed Contract Manager, the Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for managing a team or small number of individuals or series of projects (dependent upon size or complexity) in respect to the construction of a project. They will ensure that all works are supervised and coordinated to deliver on safety, quality and environmental objectives.
The FM will ensure that all works, including those of suppliers and subcontractors are completed to programme, budget and quality standards expected and in a professional and ethical manner adhering to commercial guidelines, established best practice and professional/company standards.
Promote the development of team members and actively encourage effective relationships.
As the senior site representative function they are ultimately responsible for the resourcing, development and leadership of a team, defining and communicating contract objectives and constraints and complying with health, safety and environmental legislation, thereby delivering the service on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.
