Facilities Manager - Brand New 100,000 Sq Ft Commercial Office - £50k + Package Piccadilly, London

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager who wants to manage the day to day running of a fantastic new build located in Piccadilly, London?

I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager who will manage a brand new 100,000 Sq Ft located in the popular Piccadilly area.


The role will involve hard and soft service contractor management, encompassing cleaning, security, catering and M&E as well as front of house services. Exceptional delivery of these services, will in turn transition into a 5* FM service provision on site, once the building is fully tenanted.

Duties:
* Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site, inclusive of M&E, cleaning and security
* Daily tenant liaison
* Health and safety management throughout building
* Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA's
* Work effectively with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes
* Prepare management reports for on site staff
* Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants
* Undertake regular building inspections
* Audits and inspections of supplier delivery
