Building Manager - Leading Managing Agent - Central London

Brand New 120,000 Sq Ft Multi Tenanted Commercial Building - £60k + Package

Are you a Facilities Manager that excels in delivering a 5* FM service provision to prestigious, multi tenanted commercial buildings?

Would you like the opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading Managing Agent's, whom have an enviable track record of managing some of the countries finest real estate?

If the answer to the above is a resounding yes, then I have a fantastic opportunity for you! Based in Central London, one of the UK's leading Managing Agent's is currently recruiting for a Building Manager to head up the FM service delivery to a 120,000 Sq Ft multi tenanted trophy building.


* The chance to work on a fantastic, historical, multi tenanted commercial building in London

* Industry leading in house training and certification paid for


* Providing daily tenant and client liaison across this prestigious site
* Management of hard and soft service contractors on site
* Management of permit to work system
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Management of a service charge budget of around £1.5 million
* Ensure high standards of service delivery are continually delivered to all occupiers
* Liaison with service desk and Associate Director to ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly and accurately


* MBIFM - Member Of BIFM
* IOSH/ Nebosh qualification
