Role: Technical Support Operator

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Location: Leeds

Reports to: Contract Manager

Hours: 8am - 5pm

My client offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; mortgage services and development services.

Purpose of the job:

To provide comprehensive Technical Support assistance and remote maintenance on intruder systems for this client's customer on one of their largest contracts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:



* To deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers.
* To utilise remote diagnostic software and product knowledge to provide comprehensive support, advice and assistance to the end user and engineers.
* Action and complete Remote routine inspections in line with SLA expectations.
* To liaise with different departments and companies to ensure prompt service delivery.
* To answer customer calls promptly, with SLA expectations.
* To assist and support the Helpdesk where required, through monitoring of engineering calls nearing SLA and appropriate escalation where required.
* Run reports assisting the contract support and management team in monitoring SLA delivery, including those of your team and the engineers.
* To build a good knowledge of intruder systems.
* Assist the Helpdesk and Technical Support Manager as and when required.
* Carry out any other additional duties when needed.
* Good level of IT experience.

* Proactive approach to work.
* Good problem-solving abilities.
* Able to work unsupervised at all times.
* Flexibility in work pattern will be needed for absence cover.
