Customer Executive/ Internal Account Manager Manchester - Remote£26,000 OTE £38,000A Global IT re-seller is growing their Customer Executive Team and are looking for someone to join their fun and friendly team that will provide effective and efficient support to Account Managers and clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer orders and will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. Working closely with group technology sourcing you will ensure that you get close to the customer, understand their requirements driving growth and customer satisfaction.Main ResponsibilitiesBe first point of contact for customers, vendors/suppliers and internal stakeholdersEnsure that the customer experience delivered is outstandingManage deployment schedules and issuance of call off instructions for sales order processing teamResponsible for the management of customer stock, working closely with purchasing, configuration and logisticsResponsible for pricing and margin decisions, working closely with account managers contributing to pricing strategiesOptimising margins and profitsCoordinate quote and order management with service providersEnsure that processes and procedures are efficient and effectiveResponsible to deliver customer SLA's, reporting and service reviewsEnsure any queries are resolved promptlyThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience within an internal sales department preferably with in the IT, Telecoms industryAble to deal with med to large organisationsAble to cross sell and upsell by getting to know the customer and requirementsSales orientated, driven to succeed with commercial acumenAble to problem solve and work under own initiativeCan contribute ideas to ensure team successCustomer service focusedWilling to travelThe role is currently remote based but if required to go into the office is located in Salford Quays.
