    Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director you will be accountable for customer retention, new business development and account maximisation.

    With an emphasis on delivering unrivalled customer care we are keen to engage with applicants with proven sales experience who are well equipped to work out in the field driving customer interaction and engagement.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years previous Field Sales & Marketing experience essential. Knowledge of the Food Manufacturing or Meat sectors would be advantageous although not essential.
    • Clean Driving licence
    • Fully flexible to travel throughout Ireland & the UK in order to attend trade events and client service reviews
    • Sales focused with an emphasis on maximisation, retention and new business
    • Ability to engage and offer professional and tailored Customer Care
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to influence and negotiate
    • Commercial awareness.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically
    • Strong IT, numeracy and literacy skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing daily operational support to the Sales & Marketing Director
    • New Business development
    • Customer Service and Account Maximisation
    • Telesales & Marketing
    • Field Sales
    • Client meetings throughout the UK & Ireland
    • Attending Trade shows and events throughout the UK & Ireland
    • Field based customer visits
    • Operation of a CRM system
    • Customer quotations & presentations
    • Professional & tailored customer care
