and participating in Design Thinking projects and workshops.

Working Hours and Pay Rate:
- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
- £9.50- £9.52 PER HOUR
Responsibilities:
- Support all garden segments with testing
- Organise and undertake test work in accordance with test plans
- Field testing of products in the great outdoors.
- Feedback of issues to the Field Test Supervisor.
- Ability to notice issues on tools before failure.
- Some experience in garden tools advantageous.
Requirements:
- An eye for detail.
- Ability to pick things up quickly.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate across all levels.
- Strong problem solving with a creative flare
- Pro-active and self-motivated
