Are you a meticulous and experienced Finance Administrator ? Keen to work in the public sector/local government? Responsibilities:

You will be required to work from spreadsheets from external companies inputting financial data onto the system

You will batch up invoices, input onto the system and make sure that all finances add up

You will check that all invoicing is correct and that the service is not being overcharged

If you receive invoices for wrong rates you will be required to challenge these

Requirements:

You must have a strong finance background

You must have excellent attention to detail

You must be confident to question clients on invoices

You must be available for an immediate start

You must be happy with a 12 month fixed term contract
