Finance Administrator - Nantgarw

£10 per hour

Full Time Temp

Are you a skilled administrator with finance related experience? Looking to work in a lovely environment within a team that is supportive and hardworking? Look no further!

This is a really lovely temporary opportunity for 2/3 months working with a progressive organisation based in a great office environment in Nantgarw. We are looking forward to reviewing applications, an then, after a successful interview, welcoming you to the team!

As the Finance Administrator for the company you will be able to demonstrate:



* Sound experience in working with invoices
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Strong inter-personal skills
* Experience of chasing unpaid invoices

Responsibilities:



* Inputting invoices onto systems and sending them for approval
* Updating the invoice diary as invoices are approved
* Chasing payment on unpaid invoices
* Maintaining invoice authorisation spreadsheet and liaising accordingly with Accounts Payable
* Raising purchase order numbers
* General Admin duties including filing and scanning
