A large construction company is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team in Potters Bar on a temporary to permanent basis. The permanent salary is paying up to £26,000.

Commercial experience is necessary. Construction experience is ideal.

* Provide support to the commercial lead and site teams
* Analyse costs to maximise profits
* Handling petty cash
* Uploading and downloading of documents onto a system
* Process invoices, delivery tickets and general queries
* 3 way matching system
* GRN input onto accounting system (e.g.: COINS)
* Reconciliations
* Month end reporting
* Analyse material and plant schedules
* Ad Hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in the construction industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry/working on-site would be a bonus
