Company Overview

A global powerhouse in the facilities management and building services sector are recruiting a Finance Manager to join their projects team in Leeds. If you are a qualified accountant with experience in the construction or facilities management industry, please read the details below.

Your Package

* £55,000 - £65,000 salary
* Car allowance
* 33 days holiday including statutory
* Health care plan
* 5% pension match scheme

Your Responsibilities

* Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the projects team
* Review, maintain and improve cash flow
* Develop processes to challenge financial information
* Prepare accurate financial reports for the Finance Director and Projects Director, including full P&L, analysis and forecasting in line with monthly and annual plans
* Develop succession plans within the team
* Work with Project Director to meet clients during project performance reviews
* Provide specialist financial advice to the Project Director

Your Skills & responsibilities

* ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified with PQE experience in a facilities management or construction firm
* Degree in a finance-related field is advantageous but not essential
* Management accounting and analytic skills are essential
* Manage and develop the contract support team
* You must have a strong customer focus
* Drive for continuous improvement
* Self-motivated with the highest professional standards
* Competent user of Microsoft Office
