job description

The client are a privately owned developer with a regional office based in Berkshire that specialises in the development of volume build luxury housing throughout Berkshire.

They are currently recruiting 2 x Finishing Foreman to work on a large ongoing development in Bracknell consisting of traditional build housing and apartments. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as either a Finishing Foreman or Assistant Site Manager on high end housing. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £42k + package.

Responsibilities

Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competent assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.
You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
