job description

The client are a privately owned house builder with a regional office based in Berkshire that specialise in the development of luxury, volume build housing across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

They are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman to report into both Site Manager and Project Manager on a large 700 unit traditional build development in Bracknell. Candidates must have at least 3 years working as either a Finishing Foreman for a house developer or experience in finishing the internals on housing sites and must be based within an hour of Bracknell. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £35k + package.

Responsibilities

Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.
You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
