Finishing Foreman - Wandsworth - Immediate Start

An experienced Finishing Foreman is required to finishing packages on a new build residential block in Wandsworth, South West London. The project is valued at approximately £4m and has been on site for almost 18 months with the PC date due for Spring 2019. In total the project consists of approximately 20 units for private sale & rental. Ideally the Finishing Foreman will have also some previous experience of working on residential projects and will come from a carpentery, drylining or painting & decorating background.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Finishing Foreman will also liaise with the client, subcontractors, associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
