Finishing Manager - Leyton - Immediate Start

An experienced Finishing Manager is required for fit out and finishing packages (1st fix onwards) on a new build residential block in Leyton, East London. The project is valued at approximately £50m and has been on site for almost 12 months with the PC date due for December 2019. In total the project consists of approximately 200 units for private sale and rental. Ideally the Finishing Manager will have also some previous experience of working on residential projects and will come from a carpentery, drylining or painting & decorating background.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Block Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Finishing Manager will also liaise with the client, subcontractors, associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
