Finishing Manager

Finishing Manager needed for an urgent role!

Our client is one of the busiest Tier 1 contractors in London and require a finishing manager to join a 400+ unit residential project in North East London.

The contract will last for around a year and you will be required to oversee the fit out and finishes of between 20-30 mid spec residential units.

The role is looking to pay up to £250 per day dependant on experience.

Responsibilities:



* Managing internal finishing package.
* Cooperation with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
* Ongoing monitoring of schedules and quality as well as guaranteeing of schedule compliance.

Ideally you will have:



* Finishing management experience on large scale residential projects.
* Long term work with previous employers (12 Months +)
* Trades background or degree qualified
* An ability to work well within a high pressured environment is a must

Rate: Up to £250 per day

Duration: 12 Months +

Location: North East London
