job description

Finishing Manager required for a permanent opportunity with a leading South East House Builder. Based in Maidstone, £40 - £45k plus package.

Our client is a leading South East House builder known for delivering quality build and finish residential units on sites ranging in size from a few £750 - £800k units through to multi phased large developments of 100's of apartments and houses in some of the regions most desirable areas.

Due to new phases starting on one of their premier sites the need for a couple of Finishing Managers has become a priority to help with the continued development on Site.

They are looking for candidates who have previously managed Finishing Teams delivering units from first fix through to completion and handover. They will probably be from a trades background but will need to have an eye for quality, be able to motivate staff, keep tabs on them throughout the day, manage sub contractors and liaise with Site Managers and the Contract Manager to ensure delivery to programme.

This is a permanent opportunity which affords the associated benefits. A competitive salary, car or car allowance, health care and pension options as well as company and individual bonuses.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and knowledgeable individual to become part of an award winning delivery team.
