Looking for your next big role as a Finishing Manager?

My client is looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to look after fit out and finishing packages (1st fix onwards) on a new build residential scheme in Tottenham Hale, North London. The project is valued at approximately £150m and has been on site for almost 24 months with the PC date due for early 2020. In total the project consists of approximately 400 units for private sale and rental. Ideally the Finishing Manager will have also some previous experience of working on residential projects and will come from a carpentery, drylining or painting & decorating background.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Block Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Finishing Manager will also liaise with the client, subcontracure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimisingtors, associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
