An exciting opportunity for a Firmware engineer to join an exciting company at a time when they are looking grow. The company develop and manufacture very interesting technology and equipment.
You will join a multi-skilled team of engineers where you will get to grips with a broad mix of technology and get involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle from rough and ready prototypes to production machines.
Good all round knowledge of Engineering.
Degree Educated (2:1 minimum).
Proactive and innovative.
Ability to integrate with a multiskilled team (e.g. hardware, software, physics, optics, chemistry).
You will be involved in specifying, designing and testing systems which incorporate:
- Microcontrollers (Microchip PICs, ST ARM Processors).
- C based firmware.
- Interfacing with a mixture of Analogue and Digital components
e.g. Lighting, Motor and Temperature Control, LCDs, Cameras, USB, I2C, SPI
