First Line IT Support Technician - Bristol - £21,000 to £24,000

A new first line support analyst is needed to join an established, successful, international travel company based in Bristol. They have established a fantastic company culture that supports its employees by investing in training that will improve your skillset. They are really keen to improve the skillset of their current employees so are open to funding qualifications/certifications that will help you and develop your skills.

The company has 4 offices across the globe, and you will be providing internal support to 150 employees based in the offices. You will also have a fantastic opportunity to be involved in project work, hardware installations and basic networking taks.

As the successful Service Desk Analyst you must have:



* First line support experience
* Active Directory
* Office 365
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Working knowledge of windows operating systems

You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:



* Salary of circa £21,000 - £24,000
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Bonus scheme
* Pension
