A thriving regional Facilities Management company with National coverage are recruiting an Account Manager to work across their impressive portfolio of blue chip, high street clients. Working from their impressive office in West Yorkshire, you'll manage the delivery of hard FM services, both planned and reactive, to a range of clients.

Your Package



* £40,000 - £46,000 salary
* Car or car allowance
* Wider benefits package

Your Responsibilities



* Manage the delivery of planned and reactive works to a range of national high street clients
* Deliver national coverage through a range of subcontractors and own engineers
* Build client relationships to ensure a quality of service and strong commercial returns
* Work with the bidding team to attract new clients
* Position the business as a 'best in class' FM provider.

Your Skills & Qualifications



* Technical M&E or building fabric qualification (essential)
* P&L management experience (desired but not essential)
* Commercially-aware
* Proven track record of delivering excellent client service
* Experience of managing hard FM delivery
