Role Overview

One of Scotland's most established FM providers are seeking an Energy Manager to work within a large public sector client portfolio. This role will see you deliver energy efficiency and develop reporting procedures and control across a large property portfolio.

Your Package



* £40,000 - £50,000
* Company car or car allowance
* Working in either Edinburgh or Glasgow
* 6% pension contributions
* 34 days holiday

Your Responsibilities



* Reduce energy consumption for a flagship client
* Produce monthly energy reports, along with professional analysis
* Ensure that utility bills match recorded energy consumption
* Drive the energy strategy for the client
* Daily monitoring of BMS systems to identify faults
* Track HVAC energy consumption
* Measure the effect of implemented energy reduction initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve the client's energy consumption whilst gaining extra revenue for your new company
* Encourage the use of renewable and sustainable energy solutions

Your Experience & Qualifications



* HNC, HND or degree level in an engineering or energy discipline
* Member of the Energy Institute (desired)
* Qualified to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) to Level 4 (desired)
* BREEAM accredited assessor (desired)
