job description

Foreman

My client is a well established regional business with work throughout Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey. They have an immediate need for a trade foreman to join their existing team. This role will involve managing smaller refurb and fit out projects mainly in the health care sector as well as dealing with the client and managing sub contract labour.

Ideally you will come from a trade background / Carpentry / Dry Lining etc and must have some form of management experience. The role may require "hands on work" on occasion and you must be client facing as you will be dealing with some of this contractors most important clients.

You will report to a visiting contracts manager and you will have the support of an office based commercial team. If you would like to discuss this role in more detail please contact me ASAP.
