Are you a Framework Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Well, look no further! This framework management team in Southampton are looking for someone to manage London and South-East region frameworks, as well as other public sector frameworks!!!

A leading consultancy is seeking a Framework Manager, who will work with the Senior Framework Managers to successfully manage the frameworks on behalf of the client. You should be fully conversant with two stage collaborative working and single stage procurement processes and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the philosophy of such arrangements.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of major schemes which would be a fantastic addition to your CV.

Responsibilities:



* Provide leadership guidance
* Develop guidance, meeting agendas and templates
* Co-ordinate governance groups and reporting
* Communication and marketing
* Review of pipeline work
* Influencing
* Promote continuous improvement
* Critical friend role
* Performance reviews and management
* Management of database including data collection and analysis
* Business development
* Account management
* Client support (process/induction of clients and project teams)
* General framework management
* Framework performance management
* Framework client liaison and account management training and marketing
* Support to gateway reviews

Requirements:



* Have experience in undertaking a similar role before, preferably in a public sector environment
* Understand the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU)
* Be conversant with the two stage collaborative process
* Have an excellent understanding of the project management processes and philosophy underpinning these arrangements to deliver an excellent framework management service
* Have experience working within the public sector, contractors and suppliers
* Ideally, you will have project/programme level experience (Prince2 or MSP Foundation/practitioner)
* Ideally, you be a member of a professional body linked to construction (i.e. ICE, RIBA, RICS)
