    About the role;

    • Supporting our channel partners within the region and creating a plan to support ongoing and new projects, manage their day-to-day requirements to increase growth in the region.
    • Providing exceptional customer service and support to end users and distribution networks within a dedicated region.
    • Resolving customer inquiries, updating our in house system, creating quotes and processing orders in an efficient and accurate manner and pursuing queries with relevant parties where necessary.
    • Developing relationships with key distribution partners and customers.
    • Following processes, procedures and identifying improvements to enhance the customer experience or improve operational efficiency.
    • Ensuring prompt response times, resolution of customer complaints and achieving set targets.
    • Working with the leadership team to develop a detailed understanding of the regional market and competitive landscape to then create a specific market strategy by countries/regions, with key industries and customers identified.
    • Using language abilities to support application replication strategy across region by reviewing successful projects that Fortress has executed across the globe and replicate to target specific industries and customers, with support from Leadership team.
    • Providing language support to the leadership team to develop strong relationships with the leadership and key decision makers within our major customers so that you become valued as a trusted partner with safety expertise.
    • Providing support for in-region visits with technical leads with the scope to become the regional sales manager for the region and become self-sufficient to lead these meetings in the region, full training will be provided via learning management on boarding process.

    Eventually this role will progress into the Regional Sales Manager for the companies French Division, so the right candidate must be prepared to take on occasional international travel to France with this role once promoted to the senior position.
