As an effective Fulfilment Consultant your main responsibilities will include:

* To fully utilise all available tools to source candidates
* Recruit candidates through additional planned activity such as advertising, events, promotional activity and any other effective means relevant to a campaign
* To screen all applicants in line with the recruitment process
* To telephone interview required candidates
* Create and manage candidate pools
* Manage candidates through all stages of the recruitment process.
* Identifying and attending relevant networking events building candidate contact lists.
* Support both on and off-site attraction events to raise brand awareness and increase candidate pool.
* Support client assessments when requested

* To conduct market research, telemarketing, mailing activities and client visits in order to build and maintain a database of clients and prospects within the Randstad market approach.
* To undertake a thorough review of the client's requirements to ensure a detailed understanding of their specific needs to ensure client relationship maintained.
* To maximise the margin on all bookings by adhering to Randstad's pricing policy, whilst remaining competitive in the local marketplace.
* To use sales techniques learnt via various Randstad training courses to grow and develop the offering to both clients and candidates
* To utilise various client platforms to ensure you maximise on opportunities through service, the calibre of workforce and reputation
* To be proactive in taking steps to understand the competitor profile in own markets utilising this to gain a competitive edge and secure talent
