Main Purpose

To work alongside and supporting the Export and Sales Team.

Role and responsibilities:



* Identify key accounts and build strong relationships with customers, providing an excellent standard of ongoing customer care in the German market
* Maximisation and nurturing of accounts
* Outbound sales calls to progress Opportunities
* Adding new Opportunities to the CRM system
* Handling inbound sales calls from any Southern based customers
* Recording all sales activity on the CRM system
* Producing quotes, forwarding to customers and following up
* Providing any office based admin support required from Field Sales buddies
* Attending weekly sales meeting
* Provide full administrative support to the Field Sales Administration
* Completing all relevant paperwork
* Provide sales support to new and existing markets
* Liaising with clients regarding requirements for orders
* Maintaining the client database and working closely with clients
* Use the company order processing systems to provide administration support to the sales team
* Providing product pricing information and quotations according to client's needs and enquiries received by phone and email.

Essential Skills:



* MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN
* 2+ years in Customer Service or Sales
* Must want to work within manufacturing or engineering industry
* Must have experience of outbound / proactive telesales work or have a strong desire to do sales
* Used to working with sales targets
* Proven ability to develop relationships
* Good language skills are essential - both written & spoken
* Have experience in the maximisation of accounts
* Proven ability to communicate with internal and external customers
* Ability to deal with people in different roles and levels in-house and externally.
* Competent in Windows PC environment, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
* A proactive approach to tackle problems and identify solutions.
* Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
* Have the desire to learn about all aspects of the role and company products
* Must enjoy and be able to communicate effectively and confidently.
