Goldratt Consulting - Graduate Sales Executive

Location: Bedford
Salary: £24k (up to £34k OTE)
Sector: Management consultancy

Founded by renowned author and physicist Dr Eli Goldratt nearly three decades ago, Goldratt Consulting has a client base catering predominantly to the manufacturing sector – they help SMEs and household names improve their output and streamline processes.

They’re looking for Graduate Sales Executives to join their existing team and help generate new opportunities on behalf of the consulting division.

Graduate Sales Executive – core responsibilities:
  • Booking Executive Briefings and developing relationships with prospects
  • Qualifying business opportunities by evaluating prospects position in their organisation and industry
  • Maintaining relationships with clients throughout the sales process by providing support and information
  • Maintaining the CRM system daily
  • Preparing proposals and contracts for both implementation and software
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending occasional workshops; reviewing case studies; establishing personal networks
The package:
  • Basic salary £24k
  • OTE of £34k (plus uncapped commission and company profit share agreement)
