Other key responsibilities will include:Developing a key insight into the company strategy in order to apply this knowledge practically to drive the company offering and its successBe the primary source of contact between different departments within the business, setting up new accounts and managing existing accounts, and managing all related aspects to ensure the successful launch of opportunitiesCoordinate and contribute to the optimisation of accounts from end-to-end, including supply chain, customer relationship management and marketing and business development including promotional recommendationsReporting and helping to define the process and technology around reporting sharing with the business, as well as confidently analysing data- you will required to monitor and report weekly sales performance and analytics across multiple platformsDefine, develop and maintain metrics allowing a deeper understanding of the business, tracking its performance and conducting bespoke analysis to support the annual negotiation, or to raise disputes on anything outside of the company’s negotiated termsDrive aggressive growth within allocated accounts, coordinating and providing recommendations to teams to optimise business, as well as planning the company promotions for main eventsGraduate European Sales Analyst Requirements:Educated with a Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s degree is highly desirable)Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail, with an analytical, process driven method of workingProficient in the Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of e-commerce strategies and networking technologiesA team player, who can also work autonomouslySelf-motivated, with a strong desire to succeedPareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
