Do you have an interest in the technical design and pricing elements of Building Services?

My client are a stable but growing M&E Contractor in East Grinstead that are looking for a graduate building services engineer to join their team, and assist with pre-construction and learn their estimating processes.

You will work directly with the MD of the business, with him providing you with in-depth training and professional development.

Duties for a Graduate Building Services Engineer:



* Material Take offs
* Review technical designs
* Design meetings
* Pre-construction duties
* Pre-tender meetings
* Site meetings as needed
* Price to win bids

Package for a Graduate Building Services Engineer:



* A salary of between £20,000 to £25,000 per annum
