Graduate Business Development Associate (German Speaking)

Location: London
Salary: £26k (up to £40k OTE)
REF: J2642:LON

Sector: IT Services/FX/Cloud Payment Solution

Our client are now considered a market leader in what they do. They’ve established a global payment solutions platform that companies can customise whilst being sure all the complicated details and regulations are taken care of: they’ve facilitated custom solutions for countless client allowing them to easily handle cross-border payments.

Due to ambitious international growth plans, they're looking for graduates fluent to a minimum of business proficiency in German to reach key markets on their behalf.

They are looking for an individual who has the ability to determine prospective clients on behalf of senior sales executives. This individual must be highly self-motivated and willing to take advantage of all the structured mentorship opportunities on offer in this role. 

Graduate Business Development Associate - the role:
  • Basic salary of £26k

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new potential clients of the company through research and strategic planning
  • Effective profiling of customers to identify and maximise opportunities
  • Performing client outreach via telephone, internet and LinkedIn
  • Booking appointments with prospects on behalf of senior sales managers
  • Identifying and attending relevant networking events for new business and brand presence
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with clients you bring on board
  • Developing your understanding of the market you operate in and its competitive landscape
  • Working closely with sales and marketing team to follow up on campaigns
  • Supporting and shadowing senior sales managers
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree minimum
  • Fluent to a minimum of business proficiency in German
  • Strong work ethic and desire to progress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
