Job title: Graduate Business Development Executive - Construction
Location: Leicester
Salary: £22-25k (+ £30-40k OTE)

Our client is an award winning recycling organisation. With years of combined experience they pride themselves on delivering a specialist service across the Midlands. They’re looking for highly driven Graudate Business Development Executives to join their young, closely-knit team to help them develop relationships with new clients across key territories.

You will be managing existing relationships within your client base which will include large businesses within many different sectors, with a large focus on the construction industry. This role offers a lot of autonomy very early on in your career. As a family run team, there’s plenty in the way of support from senior sales professionals.

Responsibilites:
  • Researching, identifying and targeting new customers
  • Help clients improve their environmental performance
  • Reach out to key decision makers to develop relationships
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns
  • Managing and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Improve your understanding of client business in order to maximise account value
  • Researching industry trends, regulations and developments
