Graduate Business Development Executive - London - £25,000 (£35K OTE)

The Graduate Business Development Executive will be tasked with a variety of exciting responsibilities. Initially paired with sellers and directors, you’ll strategically generate appointments with existing prospects and new leads, create proposals and negotiate contracts. You’ll confidently present to, and manage client accounts. As you develop a thorough knowledge of our client and the marketplace they operate in, you’ll become more independent in your role as you begin to carry targets.

The Role:
  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of our client’s services and the marketplace they operate in
  • Strategically generate leads and schedule business meetings with potential and existing clients with the guidance of sellers and directors
  • Develop rapport with customers in order to retain their business
  • Creatively develop proposals and present solutions to clients
  • Manage client accounts and take ownership of the end-to-end sales process     
Candidate requirements:
  • Educated to a 2.1 degree level standard in Psychology, Sociology, Business Management or a similar discipline
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Highly driven and ambitious
