Graduate Customer Success Specialist (French speaking)
Location: London
Salary: £25,000 (£35K OTE)

The Role:

  • Championing client relationships
  • Acting as the first port of call for technical or account queries

  • Managing the French and European client base
  • Working with clients to understand their needs
