Graduate Enterprise Account Manager

Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £25,000 (up to £30k OTE)
REF:  J2966:HERT

Operating in an exciting and dynamic market spaces where the constant changes and advancements in technology usage has overwhelming influence on customer behaviour, our client creates software that helps their customers manage those interactions and create continuous, seamless integration.

They design, implement and maintain the software, infrastructure and services that manage the interactions between business systems and consumers, on multiple communication channels on any connected device. 

They’re looking for a Graduate Enterprise Account Manager to manage clients, own a revenue stream, generate leads and upsell their mix of mobile and digital communications solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying new business opportunities through prospecting
  • New client configurations, adding new teams or users on client products
  • Setting up product demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Maintaining customer contact database in conjunction with marketing
  • Handling and managing inbound contacts and enquiries
  • Managing new workflow requests, account queries, new set ups, contract renewals
  • Booking meetings and shadowing more senior sales people
  • Building relationships with the key decision makers in accounts generated
