Job Title: Graduate Internal Client Manager
Location: Newark, Nottingham
Salary: £25k (+ bonus)

Founded over a decade ago, our client is a leading provider of managed cloud services - they’ve amassed a clientele of over 15,000 clients from just three locations, successfully delivering on a wide range of business solutions.

They’re looking to add a Graduate Internal Client Manager to the team, who’ll be responsible for supporting the business as well as qualifying new sales leads and seeking new contacts on behalf of the business.

The role:
  • Providing sales, administrative and client facing support to sales teams
  • Identifying and qualifying new sales leads as and when appropriate
  • Contributing to the development of the wider business strategy
  • Participating in data cleansing exercises and
  • Performing contact discovery to support lead generation efforts
  • Supporting both clients and the teams in administrative support tasks
  • Ensuring client experience is consistent across the business function
This role will be office-based with the expectation that there may be occasions where a client visit is appropriate.  

What you need:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Full clean UK driving licence
