Graduate Internal Sales Representative (German speaking) – relocation opportunity!

Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £28k (+OTE)

A leading provider of acoustic, lighting and audio/visual technologies is looking for highly driven German speaking graduates to join their team!

They deliver integrated audio/video, lighting and control solutions for entertainment venues, cinemas, and recording studios, commercial and public spaces. With a portfolio of highly recognisable brands under their banner, this is a unique chance to gain exposure with a true market leader in their field.

Based in the UK for your 6 – 9 month induction before being given the chance to relocate to your assigned region, your focus will be to grow the sales opportunity for your territory.

The ideal candidate will be on the pulse of industry and market developments in their assigned region, and ready to push our client’s leading product and service range. Following the induction, core internal and external training you’ll be set up for success!

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying, reaching out to new clients within your assigned territory on business value
  • Cross-selling other products within the group, and growing account spend
  • Staying on top of changes and developments within your assigned region
  • Assisting leadership in forecasting activity, data analysis and business reviews
  • Work with marketing team to organise partner events and promotions to grow business
  • Maintain key partner and representative relationships in developing/implementing business plans
  • Travelling into your territory to meet key partners and undertaking deal review sessions with stakeholders
  • Represent the company in important business relationships with clients, prospects and partners
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, working on real-life commercial audio/visual projects with a globally known company invested in your training and development. Joining with other Pareto graduates, you’ll be working out of the client’s brand new, state of the art headquarters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
  • Fluent in German to a minimum of business proficiency
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the industry
  • Excellent relationship building skills and consultative skill
