Graduate Junior Recruitment Consultant
  • A competitive basic salary of £23,000
  • Y1 OTE of £35k
  • Comprehensive training – your role and learning and development will start off with 12 weeks of rotation across the technical, Commercial and Marketing segments within the consultancy

Graduate Junior Recruitment Consultant Role:
  • Initially, obtain a thorough understanding of the company and its offering as part of your 12 week rotation across different business areas
  • Liaise closely with, learn from and shadow consultants in the Technical, Commercial and Marketing areas of the business
  • Once you have completed your initial period of Learning & Development, based on your strengths and interests, you will be placed into one of these three specialist areas as you begin to take the lead on candidate and client interaction
  • A 360 role, you’ll grapple with executive search, building and complementing teams, contingent recruitment and contract appoints within your specialism
  • Should you fulfil your targets and KPIs, you can expect to promotion to Full Consultant after just 8 months

  • Educated to degree level in any discipline
  • Possess exceptional communication skills
  • Hardworking, smart and driven
  • Excellent phone manner and confident speaking to professionals at all levels of seniority
