The Role: Graduate Lead Development Representative

As a German speaking Graduate Lead Development Representative you will be responsible for identifying and creating newly qualified sales opportunities within Target Accounts for regional Account Executives to act upon.

You will manage the inbound lead activity in your territory, qualifying active buying interest and developing opportunity in prospect accounts. Through careful coordination with  Account Executives you will determine the accounts that require research and prospecting activities to secure a sufficient flow of additional qualified opportunities. You will conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience, setting the stage for effective sales follow-up, as well as future product sales.
 
Responsibilities
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Interact with prospects via telephone and email
  • Research accounts, identifying key players
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
Candidate Requirements:
  • University graduate (any discipline)
  • Must speak business fluent German
