Are you a recently graduated Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step? Are you currently looking for a freelance or temp to perm role to get you started in the industry? Do you live in or near the Sheffield area?

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate or Junior Quantity Surveyor for a large civil engineering company who have an expanding commercial team and room to bring someone on futher in their career. The role is a very exciting one as our client are able to offer the exposure to the full realm of commercial duties, including surveying in the field and offering bespoke solutions to clients.

The role would involve the following duties:



* Contract negotiation
* Valuations of contracting
* Some estimating
* Final accounts negotation
* Negotiation and finding best prices from suppliers
* Cost analysis
* Any other related duties within the bounds of the commercial team.
