Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: £20,000 (£27K OTE)

Your first three months will comprise of bespoke training – learning about the IT industry and the clients that operate in it. Once you progress into the role fully, on the candidate side you will perform telephone interviews, screening candidates for their suitability. Managing interview processes, qualifying CVs and attending client visits with consultants will all fall within your remit. On the client side – you will shadow senior consultants, helping to impact sales and close business with clients. Progression into a consultant role will be within your grasp after a year!

The Role:
  • Strategically identify and profile candidates before interviewing them
  • Utilise social media and LinkedIn in order to develop your own network
  • Attend appointments and take feedback across the UK
  • Manage the interview process and scheduling
  • Attend client meetings with consultants in order to impact on sales and support them in closing business
  • Develop rapport confidently with both candidates and clients to drive revenue
