Graduate Sales Executive, Harrogate - £18,000 Basic, £37K OTE

With over two decades of experience working at the forefront of the industry they bring a consultative and professional approach and are looking for ambitious Graduate Sales Executives to join their team.

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will enter a driven team, charged with the responsibility of continuing the growth and expansion of the company. Through extensive marketing and a strong presence in the market, the company boasts extensive pipeline and opportunities: you will deal instead on a first-hand basis with potential and existing customers to match the right finance solution to their needs.

This position will require you to be highly organised, pro-active and ambitious, motivated to achieving targets and using your own initiative to identify and pursue opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and reaching out to new opportunities 
  • Targeting lapsed accounts that have potential
  • Qualifying already generated leads
  • Liaising with and supporting relevant internal service teams
  • Booking meetings and shadowing more senior sales people
  • Building relationships with the key decision makers in accounts generated
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level 
  • Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Drive and ambition with the desire to succeed
