Graduate Sales Executive - Lincolnshire - £18k (OTE £5-8k uncapped commission)

Operating for over forty years this award-winning business has carved out a reputation for being a specialist in print services, graphic design and digital marketing. They’re looking to add a Graduate Sales Executive to their family-run operation in Lincolnshire - you’ll get all the benefits of start-up culture within an established business.

As Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll go through an extensive integration into the business, spending a half day in each department for two full weeks. This will enable you to see how the business works as a whole operation and to get to know every department.

The basic salary for this role is £18,000 with potential OTE of £5-8k (uncapped) in your first year. There are plenty of competitive bonus and incentive schemes on offer for both teams and individuals. The team are a friendly bunch, regularly hosting company meals and nights out! 

Based internally initially, you’ll be spending time learning about the company, the marketplace, services and being responsible for the front end of the sales cycle:
  • Generating leads/prospects, warming those leads and building initial relationships with key decision makers;
  • Booking appointments, managing diaries of senior salespeople;
  • Building a database and pipeline of prospects, using creative research methods to think broadly about potential opportunities;
  • Developing your subject expertise and going on to handle existing accounts, then your own accounts, gradually progressing to either senior account management or business development roles.
