Job Title: Graduate Sales Executive
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £23,000 (Uncapped OTE)
REF: J2362:SE

Sector: Environmental/facilities management

This client has grown from a small domestic cleaning company to one of the UK’s largest contract facilities management and emergency response providers – but they’ve still managed to retain their friendly and supportive company culture which is one of the things that make them a great graduate employer. We’re now recruiting highly driven Graduate Sales Executives on their behalf.

You’ll be initially working in an Inside Sales role, dealing with warm marketing leads generated through campaigns, email marketing activity and inbound inquiries. You'll be working towards building your own pipeline of prospects and taking charge of your own accounts. 

Some of your responsibilities could include:
  • Responding to inbound marketing leads promptly and to agreed service levels
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company, their service offering and their client base
  • Execute calling campaigns, rekindle business relationships with dormant clients and up and cross-sell to active ones
  • Review campaigns in order to effectively streamline those in the future
  • Manage customer expectations, map out solutions and deliver on their needs
  • Proactively liaise with internal stakeholders to cement relationships with them
