With a history dating back over three decades, this business is known both nationally and internationally for their products. They’re looking to bring on board Internal Sales Engineers at their Yorkshire site, to focus on developing the customer base for their line of refrigeration condensing units, utilised in everything from packaged air conditioning units to cooling equipment used in manufacturing. Responsibilities:Provide the highest level of technical support and advise to clients on a range of product solutionsDefine customer requirements and recommend engineered product design solutionsRespond to inbound project enquiries and provide bespoke quotationsProvide project quotation proposals including all relevant documentation to the customerLiaise between the customer and internal departments for end to end project supportContact existing clients to promote both exiting and newly launched product solutionsManage and follow up on project quotations in order to maximize conversion ratesWork collaboratively with Key Account Managers to provide a value- added quotation for each customer project requirementProvide market intelligence and feedback on competitor product and pricing activityThe ideal candidate for this role will be adept at translating often complicated technical requirements to audiences of various levels of understanding.
