They’re now looking for graduates to come in, learn about and execute Business Development strategy as they look to build on some impressive growth plans over the next two years.

Graduate Scheme - Business Development Role:

- Promoting and marketing the company through extensive and persistent calling, emails, LinkedIn and communication(s) to prospective target clients
- Providing in depth information to the VP of Sales to enable the most qualified and productive demos
- Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
- Meet or exceed assigned quota of a calls and touchpoints on a weekly basis
- Working together with the VP of Sales to grow a specific account verticals
- Help as needed to build awareness on Tech Leadership events, CTO roundables, CXO insight sessions
- Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in Pipedrive
Graduate Scheme - Business Development:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and resilience
- Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
