Work closely with our Comms/Marketing teams to showcase key practices locally Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis.Taking a lead on ‘Aftercare Support’ for assigned accounts Securing account renewals and proactively seeking opportunities to close new businessCreating and customising account plans, outlining service delivery, revenue growth strategies and identifying potential for growth Developing and project managing tailored customer implementation plans Providing on-going support to key accounts through regular progress calls and performance reportingEmbedding our team’s specialist skills in the right areas to accelerate deployment and maximise utilisationLiaising with other departments to ensure that customer service standards and performance objectives are metBusiness Development Executive:Educated to degree level2 years of account management/business development/selling experiencePossess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basisProficient in the Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated, with a strong desire to succeedDemonstrable track record of successPareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
