Due to a large increase in contracts the need has arisen to recruit for Groundworker's with immediate effect.The project:A new £1.5 million design & build residential scheme made up of both houses and apartments. The contract includes earthworks, drainage, foundations, car parks, access roads and hard landscaping.Your new role:As a Groundworker you will be working as part of a new or existing gang reporting in to a General Foreman. You willbe key in contributing to the safe delivery of a complex, exciting project in Redhill and your role will involve:Digging trail pitsDrainage and deep drainageSlab layingPipe layingBuilding manholesKerbing and flaggingMovement of materialsConcrete poursEnsuring works being carried out meet specification and the correct quality is achievedAbout you:Previous experience in a similar role.CSCS Card.Dumper CPCS accreditation would be preferred but is not essential.Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.Good eye for detail.Basic setting out experience would be an advantage.Focused on progress.
