Randstad are looking for hard working and reliable CSCS qualified Groundworker's across various residential projects around Redhill.

The company brief:
Our reputable client who work across the residential sectors of the industry with project values ranging from £100,000 - £2.5 million. Due to a large increase in contracts the need has arisen to recruit for Groundworker's with immediate effect.
The project:
A new £1.5 million+ design & build residential scheme made up of both houses and apartments. The contract includes earthworks, drainage, foundations, car parks, access roads and hard landscaping.
Your new role:
As a Groundworker you will be working as part of a new or existing gang reporting in to a General Foreman. You will
be key in contributing to the safe delivery of a complex, exciting project in Redhill and your role will involve:
- Digging trail pits
- Drainage and deep drainage
- Slab laying
- Pipe laying
- Building manholes
- Kerbing and flagging
- Movement of materials
- Concrete pours
- Ensuring works being carried out meet specification and the correct quality is achieved
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- CSCS Card.
- Dumper CPCS accreditation would be preferred but is not essential.
- Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Good eye for detail.
- Basic setting out experience would be an advantage.
- Focused on progress.
