Handover/Snagging Manager - Westminster - Immediate Start

An experienced Handover/Snagging Manager is required to oversee completions on a new build residential block in Westminster, Central London. The project is valued at approximately £80m and has been on site for almost 18 months with the PC date due for Summer 2019. In total the project consists of approximately 200 units for private sale and rental. Ideally the Handover/Snagging will have also some previous experience of quality control and closing out residential projects and will be from a construction background.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Fit Out Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Handover/Snagging Manager will also liaise with the client, Finishing Managers and associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
